Our Monthly Initiatives

  • In Classrooms

    Our Mental Wellness Baskets bring calm, focus, and emotional support to the classroom. Each basket includes books on feelings, fidgets, therapy skill cards, mindfulness tools, journals, coloring supplies, affirmation cards, headphones, stress balls, and other calming sensory items—everything students need to feel grounded and ready to learn.

  • Therapy Support Groups

    Our therapy support groups provide a safe, confidential space to connect and feel understood. Each group teaches practical coping skills, offers encouragement, and helps members build resilience and meaningful connections. Guided by compassionate facilitators, groups foster support, hope, and growth.

  • Teacher Care Packages

    Our Teacher Care Packages support educators’ well-being and provide tools to enhance classroom success. Each package includes stress-reduction resources, mindfulness activities, and practical strategies, along with materials to strengthen teacher-student relationships, like communication guides and affirmation cards.
