At Ninety Ten Market, Inc., your satisfaction matters. Because many of our items are limited-edition and tied to charitable donations, we aim to balance flexibility with protecting the integrity of our giving programs.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Gift cards
Downloadable products (digital files)
Limited-run, time-sensitive charity merchandise unless defective or damaged
Items marked as final sale
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost. If you need to exchange for the same product, email us before sending the item back.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we cover return shipping.
If returning for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
